A certified Olweus bullying prevention consultant and a founding member of the International Bullying Prevention Association, Davis is the author of Empowering Bystanders in Bullying Prevention (2007, Research Press). His presentation, by the same name, offers an overview of best practices in bystander empowerment including school-wide interventions and helping students take an active role in changing peer culture.
